Each of University of Phoenix's 80+ campuses holds at least two GFMs per year and
are tied to a Department of Labor and Higher Learning Commission requirement.
They are an important meeting for each campus. The GFMs are both serious and fun at the same time. Often, campuses will add in their own theme that is locally relevant and fun. The need was to create a cohesive system of templates where content could easily be modified for applications such as PowerPoint, Word, and online Eventbrite banners.  GFMs also allow faculty members to network, learn from their peers, and feel more connected to the University, both personally and professionally.
